Rocka 1998
Frogmore Community College
'98 was Men In Black. Yep, that's right. "Universal Harmony"; if all the aliens in the galaxy can get along, then so should we on Earth! *Hee* After our first taste of what Rocka was really like we kinda went to town on this one. But guess what - the initial idea was mine!! Ohh, I was dead chuffed :-) Anyway, so we started with the Men (and Women) In Black doing their thing and then we had a dance each from Mercury, Venus, Mars and Saturn (my group!) We had the most ghastly costumes known to man, but I guess it paid off as we got the award for Best Costume, as well as Drugs Awareness and something else...I cant quite remember :-) The soundtrack included "Men In Black" by Will Smith (funnily enough), "Stay" by Sash!, "When Doves Cry" and "Kissing You" from the Romeo and Juliet soundtrack, "Backstreet's Back" by the Backstreet Boys" and "Lets Go Round Again" by Louise Nerding.
