Writing
Over the past decade or so, writing has grown from a passion to a career prospect for me. I've collected my most significant works here, most of which are quite old now, though some of the fan fiction is pretty recent. As I am focusing on screen writing for film and television and film at present I'm not sure how much I'll be adding to this section, but I still hope you enjoy what's here for the moment.
Fan Fiction
Complete. Harry Potter. 2002-3. This Is the fist of my Dream Trilogy, and I threw my heart and soul into to keep me going through some rather difficult times in my life. The basic premise is that Harry, at the start of his 5th year, accidentally stumbles into a parallel universe and all kinds of wackiness ensues.
Incomplete. Harry Potter. 2004-. The second of the Dream Trilogy. I have a lot of love for this story, and one day I very much hope to get back to it, but for now this is all there is.
Incomplete. Harry Potter. 2003-. I doubt I'll ever get back to this story, but I really like the writing so I thought I may as well keep it up for now. The idea was to detail the entire lives of the four Marauders and those around them; it was going to be pretty epic and that's kind of why I had to abandon it in the end.
Complete. Harry Potter crossover. 2003. This is a one off feel good holiday fuzzy, where I took a variety of characters from children's literature and used a format from various genre dramas to create a little story that all the family can enjoy!
Complete. Marvel Comics. 2002. My brother and I got a little down one day - so we decided to put Marvel superheroes in the Big Brother house...go figure! I warn you, the language is a little blue :-) Oh - and it's based on a Graham Norton sketch...
Incomplete. Marvel Comics. 2004-. This is another story I would really love to get back to and finish, but again it was planned to be rather epic and I abandoned it for more productive tasks like studying :-) It was intended to be a crossover of all the major (i.e. all my favourite) characters from the Marvel Universe as they lead up to a major war with the human race. Who knows, maybe I'll strike a deal with Pocket books in a decade or so and make a novel out of it :-)
Complete. Tales of the Slayers. 2004. TotS is a spin off from Buffy the Vampire Slayer which in itself has numerous incarnations. Each story concerns a slayer from the past (and very occasionally the future) and this one is about an Incan peasant girl who finds her responsibilities a little too much to take.
Complete. Tales of the Slayers. 2004. This TotS story is about a young Polish girl in the 1960's who's tempted to use her powers for takes other than slaying demons.

Short Fiction
Complete. 1999. A piece I did for English; we were supposed to write something with mounting tension, so I did a nice little ghost story :-)
Complete. 2000. English homework; we had to write the opening paragraph to a supernatural story - I got a little carried away.
Complete. 2001. This was my AS-Level English coursework and was inspired by a book of short stories, the title of which I now forget. It is about a young girl who has travelled across the Atlantic in order to seek her fortune in America, and is based loosely on my Great Grandma Hanora, who did exactly that :-) Oh, I got and A for this by the way - c'mon!
Complete. 2002. This was for my A-Level coursework which I was one mark off and A for. Hmph. It's the opening to a children's fantasy novel and reminds me of a cross between "The Hobbit" and William Nicholson's "The Wind on Fire" trilogy.
